Biggest Sad News: Coronation Street Wedding Leaves Fans Fuming Within Minutes !! Must See Drama

Coronation Street fans claim to have spotted a ‘terrible mistake’ amidst the chaos of Bernie Winter and Dev Alahan’s wedding day as nothing went to plan.

Fans of the ITV soap were preparing for the most colourful wedding Weatherfield has even seen as the couple were set to say ‘I Do’ in fronf of their nearest and dearest at the Bistro.

The week started with the stag and hen parties. Having saved money buying cheap suits for Dev and Aadi, Bernie is having a low key hen do in the Bistro, influenced by the arrival of Dev’s Auntie Rani, when word reaches the hens that the boys have hired a pole dancer at the Rovers.

Unhappy with her husband-to-be’s decision, a furious Bernie storms into the Rovers to find the stags having a much better time than she was at the Bistro. She ended up joining in the fun herself, and the other hens eventually joined her before Auntie Rani caught on and headed to the pub to find out what was going on.

She ended up telling Dev he was making a mistake by marrying Bernie and that if she wanted his money, he should reconsider. But the shop owner stuck by his guns and told his family member to leave.

The big day then arrived during the mid-week visit to Weatherfield, but in typical soap fashion, things quickly didn’t got to plan. First, the quads were wiped out with a sickness bug meaning they couldn’t attend, so Joseph Brown offered to set up a live stream.

Then, Bernie was late to the venue as she has forgotten her lucky charm locket, which contains a photo of her late son Paul Foreman, who died last year after being diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease (MND), but when she headed back home to get it, she disturbed a burglar – which ended up being her grandson, Brody Michaelis.

Heading back to the Bistro to get wed, the drama continued, with Bernie struggling to breathe as the ceremony got underway before she collapsed and was rushed to hospital.

All was well in the end, however, as Aadi Alahan did them their own hospital ceremony, before Bernie was discharged having had an allergic reaction to the lilies in her bouquet. But as secrets came to light, Bernie and Dev were left to make amends and enjoy their own mini rave in the Bistro,.

But it seems it was Debbie Webster who stole the show, as she tried to keep the wedding guests entertained while waiting for the bride to arrive. She performed her own rendition of ‘Hopelessly Devoted to You’, which she dedicated to her partner Ronnie Bailey, before popping the question.

And with fans aware that Debbie’s time is limited, having been diagnosed with young on-set dementia, they were quick to share their upset over the thought of losing her – and actress Sue Devaney – from the show

The biggest mistake #Corrie ever made was deciding to kill off Debbie Webster through a dementia diagnosis.”
